Priceline Express Deals

Fun Update! A Fupdate, if you will!
I have added the Universal Orlando Area resorts to my Priceline Hidden Deal Resort Finder.

So, now you can search Bonnet Creek, Disney Springs, OR UOR Area resorts in one swell foop.

Reminder, the matcher should make many hidden resort deals obvious based on ratings, review counts and location alone, but there will be times when 2 resorts have the same ratings at the same time.

e.g. Right now AS Sports and Pop have the same everything, but you can very likely safely assume that a sub $100 hidden deal is NOT Pop, I'm thinking.

So, I hope the matcher helps people identify hidden resorts, but do your own research on top to double check before booking. I don't update review counts every day, or maybe even every week - but even so the matcher should usually make things clear unless a resort changes guest rating or jumps into the next hundred reviews before I can get it updated.

Also, it can't account for Priceline going haywire and posting entirely different review counts intermittently - that happened during the pandemic, but not since, so I do NOT expect it to happen again. But still: Priceline is weird.

Thank you so much for sharing your hard work with us! :)

Had anyone done Priceline express at Dolphin? I have a current reservation for 3 through Marriott but a PL express deal today has the same room cheaper. My question—if I book PL Express, even with it being a 2 double bed room, will I have an issue adding my kid, and will I still be able to link my reservation in advance to MDE? Anyone done this before? I’ve done PL with Disney rooms but the only time I’ve used them for Swan/dolphin was right when they reopened after Covid and it didn’t matter then.

I did a PL reservation for Dolphin in 2019. I still remember bc it was under $100 a night including resort fees.
I didn’t have any issues adding my kids. I actually asked the very nice folks over at the Swan/Dolphin board, and they were able to give me a direct number to contact.

In case it helps you....

Still there-

PL Xpress deal for AS Sports

Still available June 2-8 and June 23-29

listed in Bonnet Creek

600 ratings 3 star hotel

(and notice how it does not say it could be things like a BW or Hampton Inn, etc)

Note-I did not check any other dates....I was just curious if my travel dates were sold out yet.

This tells me they have a chunk of rooms left.

Sorry, I am new to this. I am guessing there is no way to link a Disney resort reservation from priceline to your Disney account?

Yes, I was able to add the reservation I booked thru Priceline to MDE. Check your confirmation page or email. There was a different number separate from the Priceline number. If I remember right, it was the confirmation number after the resort name that I entered, not the Priceline trip number.

Once you get your PL confirmation number you can call Disney Wholesale - 407-939-7671

They can look up your info in the system and give you the Disney confirmation number.

I do it all the time.

For what it's worth, I booked All-Star Sports via Priceline Express earlier this year and the confirmation included the number that MDE "expects" to see. I had no difficulty linking the reservation to my MDE, then I went ahead and did advance check-in with no issues, etc.

I think this was worse in the 'bad old days' when third-party travel sites routinely gave you useless numbers that did not work for linking to Disney's system. Now it seems to have improved significantly.

Yea, I was just researching and assumed PL was showing me AS hotels. I love staying at POP because Skyliiner is my new favorite mode of transport. I'm actually looking at the exact dates posted above (June 23-29) and wondered if anyone had seen anything they thought was POP?

No.....and the reason why AS Sports in particular has rooms is because of sports groups that reserve blocks of them and then once the final sign up deadline for teams passes, the rooms are released for us.

Has anyone booked a package through Priceline for hotel and airfare? I was poking around Priceline yesterday and it appeared the rooms are greatly discounted if you do this. I’m going to sit down Sunday and do some Disney math
