New buses coming in early 2024 - ECV restrictions

If the sky’s the limit then skyliner starts in NYC and goes down I95

In the WDW bubble, connect International Gateway stop to 7 Seas Lagoon by running up World Drive. That’s only how far I’ve gotten.

What stops would you like to see?
For your consideration. Branch lines from both the IG at Epcot and the main Skyliner station at CRB to Disney Springs.

I think one issue very important to them is what areas get crossed over, for evacuation and security purposes.

It’s a little hard to see here - the dotted line is where skyliner currently runs. I think the best shot at Disney Springs is coming off the Caribbean Beach hub.

There’s been rumors of a new resort opening toward the front of EP with direct park access. That would put it right behind Beach Club. If the monorail has an expiration date (where further investment is not better than expanding skyliner), then I’d expect to see Internation Gateway connected to Epcot front and then on up to the next stop - MK, following the existing monorail path.

I would love Riviera putting a walking path bridge into Germany Pavilion!

Just got back from our trip. Rode the new buses twice with a ECV. Driver had to help me and backed me up the ramp backwards and into the 1st ECV spot that faces backwards. I could have never have done it. I will say. The driver and I both struggled with getting the seatbelt that goes over your shoulder/waist to pull out long enough. I’m Pooh sized, 20/22 women’s, and we barely got the seatbelt hooked and it was tight. This happened both times. So fyi if you are bigger.

As to the walking path from Riviera to Germany, not likely to happen as it would traverse "backstage" areas.

Seat belt has 2 parts one part across waist and second strap cuts right across your neck and is very uncomfortable unless you pull it away from you and just hold it.

Yes. It was the top part across chest and neck area that is too tight. It wouldn’t extend any further. I couldn’t pull it away as it was already at max length just getting it to buckle. If I was any bigger it wouldn’t have been able to buckle at all. The driver actually asked if I’d rather not buckle it as it looked too tight.

You can refuse the seat belt if it causes you discomfort. The driver will need to send an automated message to dispatch. It is not a problem.
